No lvl 4 in the elevator! 4️⃣ That’s right! Malaysia skip level 4 and replace it with levels 3a, 23a, 33a etc. originally we thought the “a” represented “amenities” because our hotel had soooo many but turns out it’s actually because the word “four” in Malaysian sounds like death and therefor they just skip it! 📌 We were only in Malaysia for 3 days as an extended stop over so we didn’t have much time to see a lot but we tried to see as much as we could. Some of the places include the Thean House Temple, the Batu Caves and little India. 🏨 if you’re looking for a great place to stay. We stayed in Lalaport at the Lucentia residences which I think everyone should stay at. The amount of ammenities was crazy. They had an epic rooftop pool and it was only $40 USD per night for a fully self contained apartment in a brand new central building. As it is technically residential building and not a hotel there are also 2-3 bedroom apartments for larger families if you need! You can find listings on both Bookings and @airbnb We will definitely need to return to see more of KL and the rest of Malaysia. If you have any recommendations on where to visit let us know!
