Your main source of protein wants to come from real food.These might be convenient, but they're far from cheap.Obviously the odd protein bar here and there is never gonna hurt anyone.But my point is, these are pointless, a rip off and shouldn't be used to bump your protein up on a daily basis.Save yourself a few quid, eat real food and if you want to enjoy a protein bar now and then. Crack on.Just don't look at them as a healthy protein source.Maybe something if youre on the road when there's fuck all else available and it'll be a better option than a macdonalds or krispy kreme donut.And that's about it.#protein | Mind over Matter Nutrition & Fitness
