The stepfather of a two-year-old girl who died after being sexually abused in El Salvador, was killed by a criminal faction on Monday. This video of the suspect being tortured before execution was forwarded to news sources. The body of Edson Neris Barbosa Santos, 27, was found around 12:10 am on Tuesday (22), on the CIA-Aeroporto Road.
